Senior Foster Care Supervisor
About the Role: Drive Program Excellence and Lead Our Team
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Foster Care Supervisor to play a vital role in our Family Support Services division. You will assist the Program Manager in the administrative and programmatic oversight of our foster care services, ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and child welfare management. This is a leadership position focused on staff development, rigorous data tracking, and maintaining program integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Support: Directly supervise foster care staff and co-supervise other foster care supervisors as assigned by the Program Manager.
Quality Assurance: Review case records with subordinate staff to ensure quality and adherence to program standards, enforcing all agency policies and procedures.
Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and critical due dates to drive program success.
Training & Development: Plan, develop, and conduct ongoing training for staff and applicable consumers.
Compliance: Monitor program implementation to ensure strict adherence to the program contract, budget, quality standards, and Council on Accreditation (COA) standards.
Data Analysis: Analyze and evaluate data related to special projects and tasks to inform strategic decisions.
Staff Engagement: Develop and implement effective strategies to communicate with and engage staff across the program.
What You Bring
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree required in a Human Service Field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, sociology) or related fields (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Business Administration).
Specialized Experience (Required):
One (1) year of foster care supervisor experience, which must include training and support of staff, KPI tracking, quality control, and management.
Three (3) years of experience in Child Welfare Management across various services including Adoption, Foster Care, Foster Home Licensing, and Family Preservation.
Skills and Requirements
A demonstrated
