✨ We’re Hiring! Assistant Property Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

📍 Location: Sunrise, FL – 303-unit community

Position eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus (payable after 90 days of employment)

We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing activities, and resident relations — helping our community run smoothly and successfully.

About the Role:

As the Property Manager’s right-hand person, you’ll:

• Support rent collection, renewals, and resident communication

• Maintain accurate resident files and assist with move-ins/move-outs

• Prepare and deliver lease documents and notices

• Oversee leasing activity, occupancy goals, and marketing efforts

• Handle delinquencies and assist with legal paperwork as needed

• Provide leadership and guidance to the leasing team

What You Bring:

✔️ Bilingual in English & Spanish

✔️ 2+ years of residential property management or leasing experience

✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude

✔️ Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property software (OneSite or similar)
