The following position is for employment with:
Southern Kentucky Oral Surgery Associates
1048 Ashley St Suite 103A, Bowling Green, KY 42103
Lead RCM, overseeing all insurance facets including posting, claims tracking, payer evaluations, benefits, treatment plan coordinating, etc. Will be direct lead to all RCM team.
Experience in revenue cycle management required, including knowledge of patient accounting, insurance claims processes and posting payments. Must possess excellent organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize workload with high proficiency and accuracy, including attention to details involving policies and procedures. Knowledge of medical and dental billing rules, such as coordination of benefits and understanding EOBs and previous experience with Kentucky Medicaid is preferred. Ability to report trending data and identify areas of RCM opportunities. Must be able to work independently and follow through on tasks without direct supervision. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment and work easily and cooperatively with other departments.

- Comprehension Expert: Exhibit good reading comprehension by understanding written sentences and paragraphs.
Previous Experience/Education:
- Insurance Verification: 1 year (Preferred)
- Dental Billing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Medical Billing: 1 year (Preferred)
