We are seeking a creative, thoughtful, organized, and self-motivated individual who can contribute to Moody Nolan’s architectural process and assist our Studios in delivering spaces that perform and inspire for our clients. This is a paid internship that will run from mid-May through mid-August.
Responsibilities:
- 3D modeling and rendering
- Coordination with internal and external designers, architects, project managers, consultants and contractors
- Construction documentation
- Graphic and presentation support
- Construction administration support
Qualifications:
- Attained/working towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- High proficiency in SketchUp
- High proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency of Adobe Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting, modeling and documentation
- Strong communication skills (visual, written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Must possess good time management skills
