Monday-Friday Early Mornings

Do you have a CDL and prefer to be home every night? Our Delivery Drivers start and end their routes in Vancouver, WA each day!  Our drivers are responsible for delivering orders to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores and any other retail customers of Maletis Beverage. Working closely with customers, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers, you are the face of Maletis Beverage.

A Day in the Life as a Driver:

As a Driver, you will follow your assigned route each day, delivering beverage products in a safe, timely and professional manner. You are responsible for servicing each account. This includes, but is not limited to, loading, unloading, checking in, and providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you should be independent, self-motivated, dependable, and efficient. This job is physically demanding, so bring your A game!

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Class A CDL preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle report, and drug screen

Compensation:

The starting rate is $26.63 per hour, with annual increases based on length of service. 

Benefits:

Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the Maletis' benefits program (Medical, Dental, Vision, & Retirement: Supplemental Income 401K and Teamster Pension Trust) following 90 days of employment. You will be automatically enrolled in the life insurance plan that the company provides to you, free of charge, following 90 days of employment. 
 

Time Off:

• Vacation.  As a full-time employee, you will receive vacation pay in the amount of 40 hours following 1 year of service.  Annually on your anniversary date, you will receive a drop of vacation hours based on your tenure with the company.
• Sick Time. Full-time employees begin accruing 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked and can carryover up to 40 hours annually.  Hours are available to use after 90 days of employment.
• Holidays.  Following 90 working days, you are eligible for the 6 holidays that Maletis observes.
