Patient Access Manager - Full Time/Exempt

Position Summary: Responsible for daily supervision of the Registration Department to ensure that complete and accurate demographic, financial, and medical information is obtained. Supervises Registrars, Insurance Verification, Financial Counselor, Surgery and Emergency Department Registration ensuring daily functions are carried out with professionalism.   

Education: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelors desired. 

Experience: 

• Previous Registration Management experience required. 
• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to work with the public. 
• Scheduling of 24 hour departments. 
• Computer knowledge including programs such as Word and Excel.
