- Evaluate the performance of the automated equipment.
- Utilize the weekly customer complaint and bone reports to better aid in improving the performance of the equipment.
- Assist the maintenance teams in professional development and maintaining of preventative maintenance schedule programs for automated equipment.
- Assist maintenance manager teams in appropriate third-party contractor support, as needed.
- Report any concerns with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assist maintenance and plant management with the implementation and execution of programs and procedures, related to automated equipment.
- Provide advice for mechanical improvements and advancements.
- Routinely review and provide input for plant PM programs, equipment, and systems that are related to automatic equipment.
- Assist in compliance with all company, OSHA, and PSM standards related to automatic equipment.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Provide weekly service reports/recaps to the VP of Operations, Plant Managers and Maintenance Managers.
- All other duties as assigned.
