Pharmacy Inventory Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversees pharmacy purchasing, inventory control, distribution, and regulatory record keeping.
- Supervises pharmacy technicians supporting inventory management.
- Coordinates with clinical and hospital departments to ensure timely and accurate medication ordering.
- Maintains and audits inventory systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manages medications to support cost-containment efforts.
- Partners with pharmacy to monitor and optimize the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
- Drives continuous improvement in medication procurement processes and quality performance.

What You Will Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Possess current pharmacy technician registration in the State Florida.
- Possess National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Possess I.V. certification.
- Five (5) years pharmacy inventory experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Successful completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician training course preferred.
