With minimal supervision, develop end-to-end test plans and protocols that will result in consistent and repeatable processes to achieve desired test lab outcomes. The position will carry out the tests and document outcomes and results. Position will assist in establishing test lab software, provide training to other testers, including End Users, and be responsible to document test results. Position may also assist in other ITIL process development and implementation as related to the Quality program.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create test cases and protocols to be used in individual test plans. Run tests and document outcomes as well as provide feedback to stakeholders regarding results. Assist customers during customer acceptance testing activities.
Maintain test lab documentation, scri Research Management System (RMS), test results, reports and other documents identified as needed for test lab activities.
Create test case outputs/reports for all test cases identified for stakeholders.
Assist in evaluation of test case management software tools to manage testing. Will also assist with implementation and development of test case standards within chosen software tools and provide ongoing tool maintenance.
Keep test lab in good technical working order and manage scheduling of lab usage.
Perform other duties as assigned.

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
