Title: Blending Assistant
Reporting to: Production Manager

Summary: Flavorman is seeking a first shift Blending Assistant. The Blending Assistant position is primarily responsible for pack-out duties and sanitation of the blending room.

Required Skill Set:
Candidates must be comfortable and competent working independently as well as actively participating in a team environment. Position requires working quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment. Attention to detail is critical. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and make judgement calls when necessary.
Required Training (Provided by Flavorman): GMP, Forklift Operator Certification

- Production Area Sanitation and Cleaning
Production Operations
- Generate, maintain, and implement cleaning and sanitation schedules for production area(s)
- Prepare and retain samples of finished products for QC.
- Pack-out finished product into appropriate containers and apply finished product labels.
- Assist in preparing finished orders for shipping as necessary.
- Assist in receiving incoming materials as necessary.
- Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining warehouse and Production Areas
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as Flavorman Blending Assistant (or comparable experience).
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines on concurrent projects in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment
- Ability to understand the practices and policies that are necessary to help maintain a high-performing, employee-friendly office environment
- A confident and professional work style, good problem-solving skills, and an ability to work creatively and independently.
- Consistent attendance.
- Must pass Flavorman’s normal new employee background check.
