Field Network Technician-Lyra Technology Group
Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Field Network Technician for one of their operating companies. As a Field Network Technician at Pact-One Solutions, you will interface directly with our clients at their locations. As a key contributor, you’ll work on challenging network projects, troubleshoot client issues with cross-functional teams, and maintain cordial and professional client relationships.

Your work as a Field Network Technician will include several components:
- Install, upgrade, and support Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain:
- Windows Servers and desktops
- Active Directory
- Firewalls, antivirus, email, and backup systems
- Proficient in using hand tools for tasks like mounting monitors, TVs and assembling equipment
- Ticketing documentation that adheres to established standards and procedures.
- Create clear, thorough, and compliant ticketing documentation in alignment with support protocols.
- Safely lift, move, and transport up to 75 lbs. of equipment; use standard power tools and climb ladders as required.
- Provide on-site support while upholding strong, professional client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and implement projects.
Our ideal Field Network Technician has the following qualifications:
- 3 years of more of experience in the IT field, Dental client experience is a plus
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Great customer service skills, with an attention to detail.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Capability of both solo and group work.
The targeted base compensation is $65,000-$80,000 per year. This role is a hyrbrid role in Oakland, CA. Successful applicants for this role must be able to pass a background check and drug test, as well as valid automotive insurance and a clean driving record.
