Key Responsibilities
 

• Assist in managing vendor relationships, tracking budgets, and preparing operational reports.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and policy evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
• Help document and streamline operational processes, workflows, and best practices for efficiency.
• Support cross-functional project coordination, collaborating with operations, product, and leadership teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership meetings.
• Participate in team discussions to brainstorm solutions and strategies for operational challenges.

 
Qualifications & Requirements
 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in business operations, strategy, or startup environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.

 
Preferred Qualifications
 

• Coursework or prior experience in operations management, supply chain, or business strategy.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) or basic project management software.
• Interest in technology, aerospace, or secure connectivity industries.
• Previous internship or project experience in a startup or fast-growth company.
