🧽 What You’ll Do:
- Keep community spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Maintain the appearance of the grounds and building common areas
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, painting, and apartment turnovers
- Help with trash removal and seasonal tasks (like snow cleanup)
- Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the team
🔧 What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 months of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or groundskeeping (preferred but not required)
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Basic maintenance or property knowledge is a plus
