Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a Production Lead to assist with production tasks!!

The Production Lead is accountable for coordinating daily operations within the packaging operation of the Paragon. This role supports the Production Supervisors by directing workflow, ensuring quality and safety standards are met and assists in training, guiding and supporting employees to ensure smooth and efficient packaging operations. 

Qualifications 

• High school graduate or equivalent 
• Five years production manufacturing experience preferred
• Supervisory skills highly preferred
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to use various technology platforms such as Microsoft Office Programs including Email, Excel, and Word

Accountabilities 

1. Operates equipment and tools within the scope of their safe intended use. Works in various production work assignments throughout the shift including, but not limited to: machine operation, grading, cleaning, packaging support and ticket station
2. Addresses production, equipment, or quality issues by troubleshooting on the floor and coordinating with management or maintenance teams as needed to ensure timely resolution and repairs.
3. Provides a positive message about and builds positive inter-relations among team members. 
4. Supports and practices Wysocki Safety Initiatives and Lead Safe programs.
5. Provide hands-on assistance on the floor, directing line operations, monitoring equipment, and adjusting processes as needed.
6. Assists in training, guiding, and supporting employees to ensure smooth and efficient packaging operations.
7. Act as the go-to person for questions or concerns from team members 
8. Support a collaborative and respectful work environment, with sensitivity to the cultural and language needs of a diverse workforce.
9. Adjusts team members work assignments as needed.
