Role Overview:

The Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician delivers expert and empathetic care to women across all stages of life,

with a particular emphasis on pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health. This role combines clinical

excellence with patient advocacy and collaboration, contributing to Tapestry 360 Health's mission of equitable

care for all. As a leader in women’s health, you will have the opportunity to shape impactful outcomes through

direct care, community engagement, and interdisciplinary teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:

o Comprehensive Women’s Health Services: Provide high-quality, patient-centered OB-GYN care,

including prenatal care, delivery, postpartum care, gynecologic exams, and preventive care.

o Diagnostic Excellence: Perform thorough assessments, including physical exams, diagnostic tests, and

imaging, to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for complex and common health

conditions.

o Collaborative Care: Work in partnership with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and

interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to

care team members.

o Community Engagement: Participate in outreach initiatives to educate and empower women on their

health. Advocate for the well-being of underserved populations.

o Continuity of Care: Ensure access to continuous care by providing hospital-based OB coverage and afterhours

on-call services on a rotational basis.

o Quality Improvement: Contribute to evidence-based practice by engaging in peer reviews, protocol

development, and quality improvement initiatives. Evaluate and enhance clinical approaches to improve

patient outcomes.

o Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the electronic health

record (EHR) system. Adhere to all state, federal, and organizational policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

o Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.

o Residency: Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

o Licensure & Certification: Active Illinois Physician License, Board Certification (or eligibility) in Obstetrics

& Gynecology (must complete certification within two years of hire).

o Experience: Previous experience in community health or with underserved populations is strongly

preferred.

o Skills: Proficiency in using EHR systems. Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.

Salary and Benefits:

o Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $175,000.00 to $250,000.00, based on

experience and qualifications.
