Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Advanced Program Specialist to join our team in supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As an Advanced Program Specialist, you will provide leadership and supervision to the program team, coordinate and implement assessments, assist in the development of individualized support plans, and guide skill building initiatives for the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and update comprehensive assessments for each individual
- Collaborate with teams to create and monitor Individual Support Plans
- Educate staff and monitor implementation of support strategies
- Support teams during behavioral incidents, psychiatric hospitalizations, and skill training
- Conduct effective team meetings and serve as point person for investigations
- Ensure consistency and regulatory compliance of all clinical documents
- Assist with licensing audits and required documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory standards
- Complete financial reconciliations and monitor program expenditures
- Prepare program reports and statistical data
- Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with supervisors, peers, and other employees
- Seek and participate in professional development opportunities
Educational Qualifications (One of the following):
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
- Master’s degree and one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
- Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interpret and apply written information
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems
- Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
