About our apprenticeship programme
Your professional training will be conducted in collaboration with a prominent training provider, involving block release periods for attending courses with exams spread over the three-year duration. It's essential to be ready to dedicate personal study time to ensure optimal comprehension of the material and success in the exams.
In addition to your formal studies, you'll learn through practical experience, applying your newly acquired skills by working alongside colleagues and engaging with clients right from the inception of your career with us.
Throughout your training, we provide continuous support through regular reviews and feedback, coupled with professional and financial assistance, ensuring a fulfilling and challenging career path that enables you to realise your full potential.
We take pride in cultivating talent, and our apprenticeship program serves as an excellent initial step for aspiring professionals. Many of our partners at Kreston Reeves began their journey through our apprenticeship program, progressing within the organisation. We value and actively promote these success stories, fostering a culture that encourages and supports professional development within our firm.
