Position Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, leading and developing the team, and driving profitability and efficiency at their location. This role combines operational excellence with people leadership and brand representation.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily wash operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain all site equipment through routine checks, coordination with maintenance vendors, and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness expectations.
  • Monitor wash quality and consistency to meet 513 Wash brand standards.
  • Manage inventory levels of chemicals, supplies, and retail items — conduct weekly counts and submit reports.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Schedule staff to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and accountable work culture consistent with 513 Wash values.

3. Customer Experience

  • Lead by example in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure quick, satisfactory resolution.
  • Encourage team engagement in promoting memberships and upsells.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.

4. Financial & Performance Accountability

  • Meet or exceed site KPIs, including membership growth, labor cost control, chemical usage, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Protect company assets through cash handling accuracy and loss prevention practices.

5. Community & Brand Engagement

  • Represent 513 Wash with professionalism and community involvement.
  • Support local marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Uphold brand standards in facility appearance, signage, and team presentation.

Qualification:

* Car wash experience preferred

*Strong team handling skills and good interpersonal skills

*Ability to clear our background check process
