Director, Account Management, Digital Partnerships F/T

Overview
Manage and grow relationships with an expanded portfolio of global, strategic B2B and channel partners including Salesforce, Adobe, IBM, Intuit, Alibaba, Ant Group, Dell, HP and others– enabling our customers’ success, increasing adoption of Mastercard products and services, and feeding our internal innovation feedback loop to ensure that Mastercard delivers relevant, impactful and industry-leading capabilities for our partners.

Role
• Develop a deep understanding of your partners’ strategic priorities and role in the digital economy, and leverage this understanding to nurture our relationship, as well as to keep the Mastercard organization in tune with their needs and ambitions.
• Build mutually aligned strategies and plans with your partners that maximize value to our customer, and to Mastercard; and execute on those plans by effectively leveraging the Mastercard organization.
• Drive Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy with your partners across all Mastercard products and services.
• Identify new opportunities to expand our partnerships and evaluate and assess the strategic and economic impact of these potential opportunities.
• Co-innovate with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams.
• Lead all aspects of customer proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal execution (including business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with key business partners (e.g., finance, legal, product, engineering).
• Develop net new segment strategies and corresponding narratives with respect to Mastercard strategy for all Global Partners (i.e. Leveraging MA’s Dynamic Data Network to drive exceptional experiences across Global Partner platforms).
• Codify and document processes for broader team onboarding and learning.
• Lead communication of B2B and channel partner learnings, challenges and strategies with broader internal team for maximum impact.
• Participate on internal, Culture Committee workstream to boost internal team connectivity and overall team satisfaction.

All About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or related field of study and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Consultant, Manager or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Stakeholder management; Financial Modeling; Data Analysis & Synthesis; Structured Problem Solving.
• Rate of pay: $190,000 – $275,000/ year.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
