POSITION TITLE: Client Solutions Lead – MTPE
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Position Overview
We are seeking a senior-level leader to oversee a high-profile Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) program for a key global client. This role will act as the primary face of the business to the client while also serving as an internal owner of operational execution and success. Over time, the role will expand to cover additional subtitling clients as they adopt MTPE workflows.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker who can run this initiative, balancing operational excellence, client satisfaction, innovation, and long-term growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client Leadership
o Serve as the primary client contact and trusted partner, ensuring alignment on strategy, delivery, and growth.
o Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the company with credibility and authority.
• Program Ownership
o Lead day-to-day MTPE operations across a major client workstream.
o Drive workflow improvements in collaboration with Product, Global Platform Operations, and Engineering teams.
o Ensure service quality, on-time delivery, and operational scalability.
• Business Leadership
o Treat the MTPE program as a standalone business unit, balancing client demands with operational and financial goals.
o Contribute to long-term financial planning, with eventual responsibility for P&L ownership.
o Identify and drive growth opportunities as additional subtitling clients transition to MTPE.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with internal stakeholders to design, test, and implement new processes and technologies.
o Act as the voice of the client in internal discussions, ensuring solutions meet real-world needs.
o Oversee day to day client experience and operational execution
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 8–10+ years of experience in localization, M&E, distribution, language services, or related fields.
• Proven success leading large, complex client programs or workstreams.
• Strong understanding of subtitling workflows preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work across client services, operations, product, and engineering teams.
• Experience with client P&L management or business ownership a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

This role is based in Burbank, California and the base pay range for this role is $212,500.00 - $250,000.00 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
