What you will be doing:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring code quality, performance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Break down work into actionable tasks, assign effectively, and track progress to meet delivery goals.
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive team culture.
• Conduct code reviews, guide architectural decisions, and manage technical debt.
• Ensure clear communication between the development team and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support release management, deployment schedules, and ongoing maintenance.
• Drive process improvements and advocate for tools and practices that enhance productivity.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term codebase sustainability.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback of team members.
• Serve as a key technical lead across both legacy and modern Microsoft stack components (.NET Framework, .NET Core), JavaScript frameworks (particularly Aurelia), and SQL Server databases.
• Work collaboratively with internal developers, consulting teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and use Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Participate in evening application releases.
• Ensure all development aligns with best practices and supports ethical AI principles, including bias mitigation and explainability.
