Marketing Coordinator chez Helix Architecture + Design

Helix is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate team of architects and interior designers who share the belief that great design can change people’s lives for the better. As a member of the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Helix for new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and advancing the firm’s established brand.

 
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing + Business Development and firm leadership, taking ownership of pursuits and leading strategic marketing initiatives. This role also maintains and consistently elevates Helix’s brand identity by developing and updating templates, providing guidance to staff on brand alignment, and communicating Helix’s brand on the website and social media. You’re a strong fit for this role if you’re an exceptional storyteller and bring a balance of creative vision and strategic thinking.

Preferred qualifications include:

• degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field;
  
• minimum of three years' experience with A/E/C marketing;
• excellent communication skills;
• strong organization and problem-solving skills;
• proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
