NPR of America, INC is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! Core hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11pm to 7:30am. Starting wage ranges from $26 to $36 an hour, dependent upon level of experience.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following skills/experience: 

• Performance of preventive maintenance tasks on plant equipment and machinery.
• Ability to respond to and correct equipment stoppage and/or mechanical breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting, repair and/or replacement of worn and/or defective parts, motors, control devices.
• Troubleshooting and repair of PLC's.
• Troubleshooting and repair of both hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Welding and fabrication of various materials, as needed.
• Ability to repair basic electrical components.
• Troubleshooting and repair of all types of control circuits.
• Ability to run conduit and pull wire during new installations and/or relocation of existing equipment.
• Adherence to all safety requirements, including lockout tagout procedures.
• Adherence to 5S standards to reduce inefficiencies and the risk of safety hazards.

Qualifications

Education: 

• HS Diploma or GED
• Associates degree in a related technical field or the equivalent of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
