Scoular is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for our customers. This is a seasonal position lasting through our harvest cycle that has the possibility to transition to full-time.
- Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain while assisting with the weighing and grading of grain trucks.
- Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, track mobiles, rail car movers, etc.)
- Manage grain storage by creating and moving grain piles, as well as performing general cleaning and housekeeping of bins and storage structures.
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and promptly reporting any unsafe practices or hazards.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support operations.
