Key Responsibilities

• Finish work orders according to the specifications on the job ticket.
• Set up and operate finishing equipment including CNC routers, banner welders, and laminators.
• Ensure that all quality standards are met.
• Move job ticket line-item stations in production management software.
• Learn to operate large format printers once finishing skills are mastered.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and requires little supervision
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, among short- and long-term projects; allocate time appropriately
• Resourceful
• A “Can do” attitude to help the department and team members reach goals by servicing our clients
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds   
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred   
• 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced, detailed environment is recommended
