Job Summary

Position requires good people skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead individuals and small groups. Duties include working with children or adults teachings snow sports skills beginning at a basic level. No teaching experience required.

Must be at least 18 (unless you have prior experience working at the Ski School Learning Center, then you can apply at 16/17).

Core Responsibilities

•   Demonstrate safety first in all aspects of lessons and personal skiing and riding
•   Organize and structure lessons for experience-based outcomes
•   Maintain personal lesson record and accurate payroll information
•   Follow PSIA/AASI Teaching and Coaching concepts
•   Other duties as assigned by management 

This position continues through our winter season only, mid-November through mid-March.
