Columbia Vehicle Group is currently seeking individuals to work as Robot Welders. Robot Welders operate machines that use mechanized programmable tolls (Robots) to automate the welding process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Operate and program robotic welding machines
• Set welding jigs according to specific setup instructions
• Occasionally grind or spot weld parts
• Quality check parts using checking devices and fixtures
• Read blueprints
• Read measuring devices
• Read and follow work instructions
• Must be willing to rotate to different work stations as production needs require.
• Proven attendance record with previous employers.
• Computer literate.
• Constantly lift and/or move to up 50 lbs.
