As a Full-Cycle Account Executive at 365 Catering, your primary mission will be to identify new business opportunities, establish meaningful connections with potential clients, and close deals that drive revenue growth. You'll be an integral part of our vibrant team, responsible for nurturing a pipeline of qualified leads and effectively conveying the value of our catering solutions to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, lead generation, and market research.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with potential clients to gain insights into their unique catering needs and challenges.
  • Product Showcase: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the exceptional value of 365 Catering's product
  • Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with our marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and delightful customer journey.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the technology industry
  • Track Record: Proven success in growing key accounts and closing new business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with catering, restaurants, or food
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value
  • Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and understanding of standard sales processes.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Some travel (10%) may be required as part of this role.
