WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly capable Systems Engineer and SETA Support Analyst to provide enterprise-level support across engineering, acquisition, logistics, and program governance functions. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with technical teams, program leadership, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of system development and operational objectives.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical and administrative support across engineering review boards, project planning efforts, and governance activities.
 - Draft and maintain requirements documentation, statements of work, and standard architecture artifacts.
 - Track and manage hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle, including acquisition, inventory control, transition, and disposition.
 - Coordinate outages, emergency maintenance, and return-to-service documentation across key systems.
 - Facilitate internal meetings, document action items, and manage project data using collaboration platforms.
 - Support the delivery and transition of products and capabilities across multiple teams and environments.
 - Ensure alignment with lifecycle management best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
 - Provide logistical and operational support to technical leadership and release engineering activities.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
 - 10-15 years of professional experience in systems engineering, program support, or enterprise asset management.
 - Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple ongoing efforts across technical and administrative domains.
 - Experience with collaborative platforms such as SharePoint and standard project documentation tools.
 - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
 - TS/SCI with POLY is required to start
 
- Experience with asset management tools and configuration tracking systems.
 - Background in systems transitions or modernization projects.
 - Familiarity with engineering lifecycle standards and review board structures.
 - Prior experience in logistics, requirements tracking, or enterprise architecture support.
