THE JOB:
Join the talented pastry team at Beau Rivage as a Baker, where every creation adds a touch of sweetness to the guest experience. From crafting beautifully baked breads and pastries to assisting in decorating stunning cakes, you will play an essential role in bringing our bakery’s vision to life. Your precision, creativity, and dedication to quality will ensure every item that leaves the kitchen meets our gold standard of flavor and presentation. Whether you’re preparing for large banquets or intimate dining experiences, your work will help create memorable moments guests will savor long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.51 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare baked goods following established recipes, yield guides, and portion standards
• Assist in decorating and finishing cakes, pastries, and specialty desserts
• Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all baked items
• Properly label, date, and store products to ensure freshness and food safety compliance
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Set up and break down baking areas efficiently to support smooth daily operations
• Communicate and collaborate with Chefs, management, and service staff to meet production needs
• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and organizational standards in accordance with company policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Possesses 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Baking
• Thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Brings a positive attitude and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
