As a People Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our HR systems organized, compliant, and employee-friendly.
✅ HR Systems & Data – Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS and support audits, reports, and updates
✅ Benefits & Compliance – Assist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and policy communication
✅ Employee Experience – Help organize engagement initiatives, internal communications, and recognition programs
✅ Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate the employee journey
✅ Cross-Brand Collaboration – Support people operations across all ETP brands with consistency and care
🔹 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or administrative support (internships count!)
🔹 Detail-obsessed and organized—you’re the kind who double-checks everything
🔹 Friendly, professional communicator with a people-first mindset
🔹 Comfortable with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with UKG HRIS a plus
