Duties

Facilitate ropes course programs by assisting with setup, safety inspections, and facilitation of high- and low-ropes activities in accordance with SOPs and risk management protocols.,Lead outdoor adventure trips including kayaking, climbing, mountain biking, caving, and hiking, ensuring participant safety and effective pre-activity briefings.,Maintain and manage climbing wall operations by setting routes, inspecting holds and ropes; and ensuring all equipment remains in safe working condition.,Perform administrative and technical tasks including report writing, marketing requests via SharePoint, and completion of required online trainings using Microsoft Office and related systems.,Operate program vehicles safely including 15-passenger vans and trucks with trailers on paved and unpaved roads while adhering to all safety and courtesy standards.

Minimum qualifications: 1. Must have knowledge of and experience in a wide variety of Outdoor Recreation pursuits.
