Quality Roofing Systems, part of the Bone Dry Family, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team to oversee and manage our commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and installation experience of commercial roofing systems, particularly low slope applications, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and installation experience of commercial roofing systems, particularly low slope applications, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Start all jobs with meeting with the business owner
Oversee work of on all projects
Pick up or order all materials for job
Perform quality control on all jobs
Approve time cards/ commission reports
Collect payment on all projects
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
Construction/roofing industry experience preferred
Experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales) preferred
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
Military service a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation base range $65k -$90k and performance based incentive, commensurate with experience
