Our St. Henry Harvesting plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in St. Henry.
The primary goal of this position is to perform skilled and semi-skilled duties associated with the preventative maintenance program.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
STARTING RATE: Commensurate with experience
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Job Functions:
- Run preventative maintenance computer program
- Complete & close all work orders & pm’s
- Back up in other areas when needed
