The Strategic Growth & Insights team within the Small Business Customer Growth Marketing team develops integrated marketing strategies across channels delivering customer value through meaningful interactions at every touch point to drive deepened relationships and long-term engagement amongst our existing customers.
This Manager will lead the lend marketing strategy for our offers/treatments that drive lend across channels (e.g. promo pricing, line, etc.). They will act as the primary partner and point of contact in a heavily matrixed working model with analytics, pricing, risk, legal & compliance, and the broader customer marketing teams. This person will provide strategic oversight of the program across multiple channels using data-driven insights to grow the adoption and better meet the needs of our small business customers.
Responsibilities include:
Develop integrated marketing strategies for our proven lending treatments, ensuring consistent approaches taken across channels, with a focus on driving conversions and revenue
Serve as primary marketing point of contact for stakeholders across channel marketing teams, analytics, risk, pricing, product to create consistencies, brainstorm growth levers, ensure input & alignment
Collaborate closely with Pricing, Product, Risk, and Analytics on segmentation & targeting as well as promotional pricing strategy
Work to understand portfolio strategies and customer behavior to identify and address opportunities to support and grow the programs
Partner with GCO and Compliance to ensure customer-first experiences
Manage customer and program insights and share best practices across digital, dialogic, and direct marketing channels
Minimum Qualifications:
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently, as well as within a team
Data driven, strategic thinker with a growth mindset and track record of developing customer first marketing strategies that unlock growth
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively and compliantly
Exceptional relationship skills – a person who proactively collaborates, seeks input, and understands others’ goals to bring out the best for the business
Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Results driver with exceptional sense of accountability and ownership
Robust analytical skills: Has the ability to draw insights and into an actionable recommendation to drive results, challenge the status quo, and promote innovation
Positive energy and enthusiasm with a “can-do” attitude and someone who wants to have fun!
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
