Compensation Min: $25.00
Compensation Max: $39.00
As a Product Strategy and Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including documenting Standard of Work processes and onboarding procedures and gain significant Life product business acumen and project/portfolio acumen.
Primary Accountabilities
- Develop an understanding of our business, corporate culture and structure to support your work.
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations.
- Assist in creating efficiencies across the department.
- Supports and plans work on small projects with direction from management.
- May assume the duties normally performed in the department, alongside professionals who perform these roles.
- Presents project results to management and/or department personnel.
- Performs analytical work within the assigned functional area.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship. Graduating August 2026 or later.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.
- Major/program must align with internship role.

This role may be considered for a Full-Time in Office or Hybrid work arrangement based on the selected candidate's location. Work locations for this role include Madison, WI.
