In this role, you'll partner with engineering, data, and product leaders to attract and hire world-class technical talent. You'll drive full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and assessing candidates to influencing hiring strategies — ensuring a fair, inclusive, and exceptional candidate experience.This is a 12-month temporary assignment, reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in office expected.What You'll Do:You'll lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, operating with autonomy and evidence-based decision-making.Develop and execute data-driven, equitable recruiting strategies aligned with EA's goals.Source top engineering and technology talent through creative, proactive outreach.Assess candidates objectively and present insights and recommendations to hiring teams.Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights and consultative guidance.Use recruiting tools and analytics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve results.Champion process excellence, fairness, and continuous improvement in all hiring activities.What We're Looking For:5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.Experience using applicant tracking and sourcing systems; experience with Avature preferred.Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles in high-volume environments.Proficiency in sourcing and assessment of technical talent.Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.Understanding of equity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
