Are you hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of a dynamic team? Aliaxis UK is looking for a proactive Workshop Operative to join our Bedford site. You’ll play a key role in manufacturing scheduled works orders, managing stock accurately, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in line with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies

• Maintain quality and productivity standards

• Accurately update production data in AX system

• Support stock checks and warehouse procedures

• Collaborate with team members to drive success

Salary: £26,137.50 per annum

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures

• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Willingness to work at height and in varying conditions

• Commitment to training and development
