Media Manager Mid Europe Division
Location:
Primarily we are looking to hire in our Brussels, Luxembourg, Hague or Berlin offices.
Job Overview:
We are in search of a talented and experienced Media Manager for the Mid-European region. This central role involves managing the relationship with the media agency HUB for Mid-Europe and overseeing all media & advertising activity for mid-Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for full budget management for paid media in mid-Europe markets. This includes briefing, planning, optimizing, and reporting all paid media activities according to EU guidelines and local needs. Additionally, the role includes the implementation of martech programs according to EU guidelines and ways of working. The Media Manager will be an integral part of the European marketing team, reporting directly to the Mid-European Integration Manager in close cooperation with the European Senior Media Manager, as well as the Mid-European Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage our Media agency HUB relationship and ways of working for mid-EU.
Full budget management for mid-EU paid media.
Responsible for briefing, planning, optimizing, and reporting all paid media activities in mid-EU with EMC based on EU guidelines.
Responsible for marketing effectiveness and campaign measurement & test plans in local markets in collaboration with EUR marketing and D&A.
Implement martech programs in mid-EU based on EU guidelines.
Close collaboration with European Senior Media Manager and Mid-EU Digital Marketing Manager.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in media and advertising - either on agency or client-side, including large budget management.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams.
Methodical, strong attention-to-detail and results-driven, with a focus on achieving goals.
Proven ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders to ensure business goals are met.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics or other reporting tools, to analyse and present campaign performance.
Experience in working with martech tools, Dynamic Creative Optimisation or performance marketing is advantageous.
Curious and open to new technologies to support business goals and drive effectiveness.
Familiarity with customer acquisition and retention strategies, including lead generation, customer journey optimization, and remarketing tactics.
Proven presentation skills including a strong ability to simplify complex topics.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and embraces change.
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus.
