Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of all aspects of event management, from researching and planning to project management and logistics, including shipping, printing, and promotion.
 - Work closely with the Marketing Director, internal stakeholders, and agencies to develop and execute high performing virtual and in-person events, aligned with flagship brand and lead generation campaigns.
 - Manage event marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and delivering a strong return on investment.
 - Keep a pulse on industry events, submit our speakers for new panels, and brainstorm innovative ways to create impactful Elliptic experiences.
 - Partner with internal and external teams to craft compelling social media content, and build employee advocacy.
 - Collaborate with the design lead to develop creative assets that maintain brand consistency and resonate with audiences at each stage of the customer journey.
 - Own understanding of our target accounts and segments, ensuring campaigns and event promotion are tailored effectively, and monitor impact through comprehensive reporting.
 - Utilize internal communication channels to develop comprehensive campaign toolkits and event briefings for sales and customer success teams, fostering anticipation and engagement around campaign launches and key events.

- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver a variety of high-performing virtual and in-person events, from planning to execution and measurement
 - The ability to write engaging and effective marketing copy across a range of channels, including email, social media and website
 - A strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and buying behaviors
 - Marketing automation experience, preferably Hubspot
 - Experience of other marketing tools and technology, including Zoom
 - Uses AI to drive better/ quicker/ more performant event outcomes
 
- Experience in paid and organic social media, particularly LinkedIn
 - Previous experience or knowledge of B2B government marketing
