CONVENIENCE STORE SHIFT LEADER
As a BellStore Shift Leader, you work closely with both store management and our CSR team to ensure a smooth workflow, exceptional customer service and a committed team effort. You serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Major Job Activities
- Be a role model for exceptional customer service.
 - Create a positive work environment by treating all employees fairly and respectfully.
 
- Work side-by-side with other employees.
 - Enforce and support company policies, procedures and programs.
 - Oversee and coordinate the work of other employees.
 - Assist the store manager in the implementation and management of Programs, policies and procedures.
 - Facilitate communication between management and team members.
 - Continue to follow the duties and responsibilities of the BellStore Customer Service Representative

 - Consistently pass the drug and criminal background check.
 - Ability to work all afternoon shifts, holidays, and weekends.
