About the Role

As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based behavior therapy to children and families in the Hendersonville and Springfield areas. You’ll work directly under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA

• Collect and record accurate data on client progress

• Engage children in structured, play-based learning activities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with families

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (required)

• Reliable transportation between Hendersonville and Springfield

• Passionate, dependable, and committed to helping children reach their goals

• Ability to work weekday afternoons/evenings
