Due to a retirement in the team, we are looking for a Credit Controller. We are welcoming applications for both full-time and part-time positions (please note that for part-time arrangements, the salary will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis).

Position Summary: 

Generating the necessary reports, communicating with agents/students to arrange for payments, ensuring adequate escalation of any issues relating to accounts receivable and following through to ensure prompt action is taken. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Extracting information from our business support system on who needs to pay
  • Responsible for collecting funds for the specific market
  • Communications with clients (email & telephone)
  • Escalating difficult debtors to the Senior Credit Controller
  • Update EC’s database with payments that have been received from our clients
  • Managing queries and requests from agents and schools
  • Keeping the agent’s accounts clean and up-to-date


Education Required: 

  • Post-secondary level 


Education Desired: 

  • Accounts A level 
  • Being bilingual will be considered an asset


Experience Required: 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience in a fast paced industry 


Experience Desired: 

  • Previous experience in Credit Control
  • Call Centre experience
