WHAT YOU’LL DO
We make an extraordinary product. Some might say it defies gravity! As our Spare Parts Supervisor, you’ll be a key contributor to our Warehouse & Inventory teams, closely monitoring all the materials and spare parts needed to make our extraordinary products as they come in and out of the warehouse in an organized and documented fashion. You’ll make an immediate impact through the following:
- Utilizing NetSuite to complete sales orders and quotes for DHL and UPS
- Assisting with assembling parts and building kits to be shipped out to our customers
- Monitoring incoming parts for back-ordered sales orders, maintaining required stock levels, and communicating updates regularly with internal teams
- Completing material request forms to send to procurement for approval when parts or items are out of stock
- Shipping HAZMAT items, and following proper guidelines
- Setting up shipments for freight and international orders
- Assisting in cycle counting and year-end inventory audit
- Supervising a team of Shipping and Warehouse Clerks
- Packaging items using the foam machine and bubble wrap
- Operating an electric and non-electric walk-behind pallet jack
- Processing returns, verifying counts, and revision levels
- Coordinating the picking, packing and scheduling of our field replaceable bearing assemblies
- Fulfilling bulk spare parts requests to our Italian service/spare parts group in Lavagna, Italy
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

MUST-HAVES
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical trade school or associates degree strongly preferred
- Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or leading teams
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ferocious attention to detail and exceptionally organized with minimal errors
- Possess quality, focus, sound judgment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to do the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and products weighing up to 35 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally
- Stand or walk for extended periods (8–12-hour shifts) on concrete or other hard surfaces
- Perform frequent repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, reaching, and gripping
- Use hands and fingers to handle small parts, operate tools or controls, and assemble products with precision
- Visually inspect products for defects, labels, or measurements
- Distinguish sounds such as machinery alarms, beeps, or spoken instructions in a noisy environment
MORE DETAILS YOU'LL WANT TO KNOW
- You’ll be based in our Leesport, PA facility full-time
- Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm
- On-the-job training will be provided (we will help you become the Seakeeper expert!)
- You’ll report to the Warehouse & Inventory Planning Manager, also based in Leesport, PA
- This is a manual labor position, working within our manufacturing plant
