Revenue Cycle Coordinator & Marketing Support

Responsibilities and Duties: We are seeking an efficient, friendly, and enthusiastic Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our team. We look to hire someone who finds true meaning in continuous growth with achievement of streamlined workflow in managing our AR successfully. You would work closely with the team to manage insurance aging accounts and patient balances. This includes navigation of insurance coverage, ability to interpret EOBs and track accurate fee reimbursement, payment posting, and timely completion of scheduled tasks with a goal of optimizing RCM processes. Shared responsibility in creation of daily charges and submission of claims using extreme attention to detail. You would work to achieve collection goals and be open to continuous development in knowledge of current coding and insurance requirements. (75% of job responsibility)

The good news is this role also provides an opportunity for marketing support for the practice, serving as an onsite liaison to the marketing team. Key responsibilities include referral development and assisting with marketing efforts across digital platforms (i.e. website and social media).  An important aspect of this role is generating and maintaining strong relationships with referring providers through regular communication and visits to their offices. Additionally, this position reviews referral trends and creates strategy in generating new referrals and strengthening existing partnerships. Other responsibilities include assisting with website content updates, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging. (25% of job responsibility)

Qualifications and Skills: The most important requirement of this position is the capability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, referring offices and the practice. We have found that successful candidates have the following work and educational histories:

 · Completion of high school or equivalent.

· Previous medical or dental administrative experience, minimum 2 years.

 · Previous experience in medical or dental insurance, minimum 2 years.

· Experienced with customer service techniques to serve patients and referring offices.

· Superior communication skills and extreme attention to detail.
