Midland Scientific, Inc. (MSI) is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative who will be responsible for pursuing new sales opportunities as well as providing excellent sales support to current and future customers within his/her territory. This territory will cover Ohio and Pennsylvania and will be required to travel to Omaha, NE for training frequently.

Brief Overview of an Outside Sales Representative’s Job Functions:
Pursue potential new sales opportunities through relationship building, in-person sales calls, product shows, creating and following through on quotes, exploring leads and referrals, etc.
Build strong business relationships with current and future customers.
Provide excellent sales support to customers through consistency, follow through, and looking for ways to innovatively meet their needs.
Attend and participate in bi-annual sales meetings

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree is required. A degree in Biology/Chemistry or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
