Who will you be working with?
You’ll be part of the Finance team based in Gennevilliers, France (HQ), reporting directly to the RSC CFO. You’ll collaborate closely with the Access & HVAC Product Line CFO, as well as other key stakeholders across the Transit division, Corporate, and site-level teams.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Transit Finance group, you will play a critical role in supporting the Access (Doors/Platform Doors/Safety), HVAC, and Infra product lines, with occasional support to Power Collection and Information Solutions. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial results, forecasts, and budgets, and will act as a strategic business partner to drive performance across Sales, Operating Margin, EBIT, and Cash. Your insights will support decision-making at the highest levels, including the Group CFO and Group President.
What do we want to know about you?
Master’s degree from a business or engineering school
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international/multinational environment
Full proficiency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with long-term project accounting and reporting tools (Onestream is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Accuracy, rigor, and influential capabilities
What will your typical day look like?
Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses and summaries for senior leadership
Support closing and forecasting reviews, acting as a business partner to challenge and drive results
Lead and contribute to annual budget and long-term strategic planning exercises
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses including bridges, deep dives, and provision reviews
Support continuous improvement initiatives across sites, including policy and process harmonization
Ensure compliance with project accounting policies and S&O requirements
Facilitate communication between Corporate, Transit, and site teams to align guidelines and targets
Participate in critical project reviews and CMIP follow-ups
Provide financial support to HR, IT, and Transit Division for cost tracking and gap analysis
Occasional travel to sites may be required.
