As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Enveda’s research programs by coordinating scientific projects, managing data workflows, and driving operational efficiency across teams. You’ll act as the bridge between science and operations ensuring that projects run smoothly, data flows efficiently, and insights drive discovery.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate in-house and outsourced research projects to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Communicate effectively with external research partners—ensuring samples, data, and deliverables move efficiently.

Maintain project trackers, milestone reports, and summaries of experimental data.

Manage data pipelines and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into project and procurement status.

Collaborate with scientific leads to forecast procurement needs and ensure workflow continuity.

Clean, organize, and analyze data to generate insights on productivity and performance metrics

We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry.

2–5 years of experience in project coordination, CRO management, procurement, or data management within biotech/pharma R&D.

Strong understanding of early discovery and pre-clinical stages of the drug discovery process.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management skills.

Proactive and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across scientific and operational team
