Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect orders from Tricon’s sales team and enter into ERP system
- Send order confirmations to customers
- Coordinate pick up and delivery dates for product shipments
- Keep track of past and current orders to ensure smooth delivery and return of empty railcars
- Maintain order summary for commercial team visibility
- Prepare complete documentation for each shipment (BOL, COA, CI, PL)
- Manage claims related to product delivery
- Onboard new customers into ERP system
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication In English to effectively collaborate with customers, truckers, warehouses and internal commercial teams
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented and fast paced
- Ability to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in product movement
- Exceed customer service expectation and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- (2-5) years professional experience in resin industry (domestic preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Experience working in an ERP system (preferred)
