Sales Coach, Membership & Financial Services chez AAA Oregon/Idaho

AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a Sales Training Coach specializing in Membership and Financial Services at our administrative headquarters in downtown Portland!

The Sales Training Coach drives performance through targeted training programs for Membership and Financial Services, primarily Visa Card. The Sales Training Coach will also need to know the basics of training/coaching on Smart Home, foreign currency, PMID & depository services.  This role focuses on onboarding, skill development, and coaching to enhance sales effectiveness and member engagement (acquisition and retention).

Desired Skills

• 5+ years in sales training or coaching
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies
• Experience with financial products and vendor relations
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
